ExecuVend is a family-run vending and refreshment company based in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. Every machine we place is stocked and serviced by our own people, driving our own trucks, on routes we run ourselves.
Our Story Started With One Machine and One Route
ExecuVend began the way most good route businesses do: one machine, one building, and a promise that it would never be empty. That building told another building, and the route grew from there.
We’ve stayed deliberately regional. Everything we serve is inside a comfortable drive from Collegeville, which is why a call about a jammed coil gets a truck the same day instead of a ticket number.
The machines have changed — card readers, tap payments, remote monitoring that tells us what sold out overnight — but the model hasn’t. We buy the equipment, we install it, we stock it, and the location pays nothing.
Today we serve offices, warehouses, plants, hospitals, schools, apartment buildings and hotels across the Philadelphia suburbs, and we still answer our own phone.

Niko founded ExecuVend in Collegeville and still runs it the same way he did with his first machine: he walks the site himself, picks the equipment, and signs off on the first product list before anything gets loaded.
He grew the business one building at a time across Montgomery, Chester, Delaware and Bucks counties — almost entirely on referrals from facility managers who got tired of chasing a national vendor for a restock.
Day to day he’s on the road: walkthroughs in the morning, checking on installs and route stops through the afternoon, and reworking planograms when the sales data says a product isn’t earning its slot.
He’s deliberate about how far the company grows. ExecuVend stays inside a drive he can make himself, because the whole promise of a local operator falls apart the moment nobody can get there the same day.
